Cashew Cream Cheese

1 cup cashews, soaked in water for 2 hoursIMG_3575

1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

3 Tbsp water

¼ tsp pink himalayan salt

1 Tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp dried tarragon (optional)

1 tsp chives (optional)

 

Drain the cashews after soaking and rise with fresh water. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serves 4
